Kevin McLoughlin

Asset Management

Kevin joined Forsyth Street in 2019 and works in the firm’s asset management division. His responsibilities include supporting the management, structuring, and implementation of new and existing funds around the country, as well as underwriting loans for affordable housing, small businesses, and nonprofit institutions.

Prior to his work at Forsyth, Kevin worked at Accion, a CDFI providing capital and technical assistance to small business owners. At Accion, Kevin oversaw the Underwriting department and assisted in the development of their SBA Lending program.

He holds an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College, an MA in International Development from New York University, and a BA in French and Spanish-language Literature from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
