Rachel joined Forsyth in 2022 as a part of firm’s Financial Advisory team, supporting clients with the ongoing management of funds such as the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund (SF HAF) and the RED Housing Fund, as well as assisting various clients in the design of strategic business plans for affordable housing financing programs and services.

Prior to joining Forsyth, she worked with a start-up non-profit organization, Reparations Finance Lab, participating in the preliminary planning of a fund structure for supporting businesses and projects owned and managed by, as well as catered to the Black community. Rachel is enthusiastic about using the real estate market for reparative activity and generational wealth creation.

Rachel is a graduate of Vassar College, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics & Statistics.
